The Compliance and Integrity Management Division (CIMD) is clothed with a sustainable and permanent mandate to safeguard the civil service through personnel and credential verification, compliance audits, forensic investigations and enforcements, ethics promotion, and data integrity management. The CIMD is a central institutional pillar of the CSA, capable of protecting payroll integrity, embedding meritocracy, building public trust, and ensuring that the Civil Service Agency contributes meaningfully to the Government of Liberia’s broader governance and reform agenda.
