The Information & Communication Technology Division is mandated to plan, develop, manage, secure, and support the Agency’s ICT infrastructure, information systems, digital platforms, networks, applications, and technology services. The Division also provides technical support, promotes digital transformation and automation, strengthens cybersecurity and information management, and ensures that technology solutions align with the Agency’s strategic objectives and service delivery needs.
