The ESD provides four key services: Recruitment and Selection; Examination and Certification and updates Spending Entities personnel lists through the Personnel Action Notice (PAN) process and receiving NASSCORP Registration Forms from Spending Entities for new and old employee seeking or on GOL Payroll and onward transmission to NASSCORP for ID Card processing.
