Employees of the Civil Service Agency of the Government of the Republic of Liberia led by dynamic and farsighted Director-General, Hon. Laurine Wede Johnson participated in the July 26 celebrations on Friday.
Marking Liberia's 172nd Independence Birth Anniversary, the event which began with a parade through the principal streets of Paynesville was colourful and joyous.
Civil Servants were dressed in their national African attire depicting the national colors: red, white and blue.
The parade climaxed with an indoor program which witnessed the honoring of several Presidents from the West African Region with LIBERIA's highest honor.
It was under the theme: Together, We are STRONGER".
The CSA D.G. expressed thanks and appreciation to all civil servants across the Government for turning out to observe the nation's independence.
